EVER2 directly interacts with TRADD. (a) EVER2 interacts with TRADD. HEK-293T cells were cotransfected with EVER2–VSV and TRADD–Flag constructs. Cells were lysed and subjected to co-immunoprecipitation (IP) with an anti-Flag antibody. Immunoblotting (IB) was performed with specific antibodies directed against VSV and Flag. (b) Interaction of endogenous EVER2 with endogenous TRADD is constitutive and independent of TNF-α stimulation.
