Apoptosis induced by phthalate derivatives in bovine iPSCs. (a) Fluorescein isothiocyanate-labeled annexin V staining followed by flow cytometry to identify apoptotic cells, as described in the Materials and Methods. DEHP, DBP, or BBP were added at doses of 10−6–10−8 M for 48 h, and their apoptotic activities were measured. (b) Caspase-3 activity was measured in iPSCs.
