The table was obtained by comparing the intensity level of proteins from each subpopulation of CD4+ T cells (TN, TCM, TTM and TEM), treated with AF for 6 h or left untreated. Endpoints examined are clustered on the horizontal axis. Within the heat maps, red color represents higher levels of relative expression, black represents same levels and green represents lower levels of relative expression. The proteins are clustered by similarity of their expression profiles
