CD4+ T-naive (TN; i.e., CD45RA+ CD27+ CCR7+), CD4+ T-central memory (TCM; CD45RA CD27+ CCR7+), CD4+ T-transitional memory (TTM; CD45RA CD27+ CCR7) and CD4+ T-effector memory (TEM; CD45RA CD27 CCR7), CCR7+ CD27. The P-values are shown, as obtained by paired t-test analysis following a LOGIT transformation to restore normality
