Transformed human epithelial cells showed upregulated OCT4 and p63 but downregulated p53 and miR-34a. The transformed cell lines from the same tissue were the different colonies derived from the same non-transformed parental cell line as described in (Supplementary Table S1 and Supplementary Figure S1a).
