Accumulation of MDSCs in NB tumor-bearing mice. Single-cell suspension isolated from spleen, PB and BM of TF and NB tumor-bearing (NB) mice (mice/group n=15) were stained with CD11b and anti-Gr-1 antibodies and subjected to flow cytometry analysis. Panels a, c and e show the percentage of CD11b+/Gr-1+ cells in spleen, PB and BM from TF and NB mice. P values were calculated using unpaired t-test with Welch’s correction. Panels b, d, f show a representative example of flow cytometry analysis of CD11b+/Gr-1+ cells in spleen, PB and BM from TF and NB mice. Panel g shows the percentage of G-MDSCs and M-MDSCs subsets isolated from the spleen of TF and NB tumor-bearing (NB) mice using the Murine Myeloid Derived Suppressor Cells Isolation Kit. Data are expressed as mean value of the percentages of M-MDSC and G-MDSC cells±S.D. P-value was calculated using unpaired t-test with Welch’s correction in NB-bearing mice
