Effect of downregulation of Jagged1 by L-Jagged1-shRNA on the growth of xenograft tumors in nude mice. Mice (n=8) were s.c. injected into the flanks with HCT15 cells stably infected with L-Jagged1-shRNA (left) or scrambled-shRNA (right).
