CT45A1 enhances cell migration and invasion. The migration of MCF7-V and MCF7-CT45A1 cells was measured with the wound-healing assay (n=3). After culture for 48 h, the cells were stained with Wright–Giemsa solution and photographed at × 40 (a and b); the invasion of the cells was measured using the transwell assay (n=3). After culture for 24 h, the cells were stained with Wright–Giemsa solution and photographed at × 200 (c and d).
