Silencing CT45A1 diminishes cancer cell migration and invasion. SGC7901-shRNA19749 and SGC7901-shRNA1 cells were stained with Wright–Giemsa solution and photographed at × 1000 (a). The migration of the cells was measured using the wound-healing assay (n=3). After culture for 48 h, the cells were stained with Wright–Giemsa solution and photographed at × 40 (b).
