CT45A1 constitutively activates ERK and CREB signaling pathways. MCF7-V and MCF7-CT45A1 cells were activated with EGF, bFGF, and B27 at 37 °C for 10 min, and the total and phosphorylated proteins were detected using western blot analysis (a); the bands of p-ERK (b), p-CREB (c), and P-AKT (d) were scanned with grayscale scanning, and the density of the bands was statistically analyzed. The data were representative of two experiments. Samples were compared using one-way ANOVA, and error bars of the data displayed mean±S.D., *P<0.05, **P<0.01, as compared with MCF7-V cells.
