APC/CCDH1 mediates SNIPER-induced TACC3 reduction. (a–c) HT1080 cells were transfected with the indicated siRNA for 40 h and treated with 30 μM of SNIPER(TACC3)-1 for 4 h. Whole-cell lysates were analyzed using western blotting with the indicated antibodies.
