SNIPER(TACC3) selectively induces cancer cell death expressing a large amount of the TACC3 protein. (a and c) Cells were treated with the indicated compounds for 48 h, and cell viability was measured by WST-8 cell proliferation assay. The graphs show the means±S.D. of a representative experiment performed in triplicate. (b) Cells were treated with 10 μM of the indicated compounds for 24 h, and the whole-cell lysates were analyzed by western blotting with the indicated antibodies. (d) Whole-cell lysates from exponentially growing cells were analyzed by western blotting.
