Immunohistochemistry of TACSTD2 on tissues of SCC. Paraffin sections of poorly differentiated SCCs from cervix (n=20), esophagus (n=5) and head-and-neck (n=6) were stained with TACSTD2 antibody. Representative figures for adjacent normal stratified epithelium (a, c and e) and poorly differentiated SCCs (b, d and f) are shown. The basement membranes of normal stratified epithelium are highlighted with dotted lines. Epithelial cell with staining of TACSTD2 is indicated with arrowheads
