(c) Graph representing the enrichment score for pathways that the differentially regulated gene set was enriched for. A score >1 indicates an overexpression of the functional group, whereas a score >3 indicates a significant overexpression of the functional group. Genes associated with the regulation of actin cytoskeleton (P=0.03) and protein processing in endoplasmic reticulum (P=0.02) were significantly enriched in the gene set
