The DDR regulates Che-1/p53 interaction. (a and b) HCT116 cells were treated with 1 μM Dox (a) or with 20 Gy IR (b). Nuclear extracts were immunoprecipitated with anti-p53 or anti-Che-1 antibodies and analyzed by WB with the indicated abs.
