YM155 induces apoptoic cell death in HNSCC cell line. (a) IC50 of YM155 in CAL27 cells; *P< 0.05, **P< 0.01 (b) TBE assays revealed the cell death induced by YM155; *P< 0.05, **P< 0.01.
