Expression of miR-612 was negatively correlated with CRC occurrence and metastasis. (a) Real-time PCR was used to detect the relative expression of several miRNAs in the CRC tissue specimens compared with adjacent NT specimens. Data were normalized to the expression level in NT specimens (n=40 per group). (b) Real-time PCR was used to detect the relative expression of miR-612 in the CRC tissue specimens of different tumor lymph node metastasis (TNM) stage. Data were normalized to the expression level of the mean value of group I (n≥5 per group). (c) Real-time PCR was used to measure relative expression of miR-612 CRC cell lines, HT29 and HCT116, compared with the normal HIECs. Data were normalized to the expression level in HIECs (n=3). (d) Real-time PCR was used to measure relative expression of miR-612 in non-metastatic and metastatic CRC specimens.
