Combination therapy inhibits tumor growth of nasopharyngeal cancer in vivo. Radiation (2 Gy) was delivered to tumors at day 3, 5, 7 and 9 using a linear accelerator in radiation group. The tumors were then measured twice a week using a digital caliper. Tumor volume=1/2 × length × width2. (a) Representative images of the tumors from mice 35 days after treatments.
