From: The novel protective role of P27 in MLN4924-treated gastric cancer cells

Cell cycle arrest of gastric cancer cells induced by MLN4924. (a) MLN4924 treatment led to the accumulation of senescence-associated proteins. AGS and MGC80-3 cells were cultured under the indicated MLN4924 concentration gradient for 72 h (left panel), or treated with 0.3 μM MLN4924 and harvested at the indicated time point (right panel). The protein samples were subjected to immunoblotting analysis for the expression of P27, pRB, P16 and tubulin. (b and c) MLN4924 interrupted cell cycle progression at the G2/M phase. AGS and MGC80-3 cells treated with the indicated MLN4924 concentration, and subjected to propidium iodide staining and FCM to determine the cell cycle profile
