Increased survival of axotomized RGCs by recombinant human NRN1 in vitro. Dissociated retinal cultures were treated with vehicle (control) or recombinant hNRN1 (200 ng/ml; treatment) for 10 days in culture. Phase contrast images of (a) control and (b) treatment.
