From: Loss of serum response factor induces microRNA-mediated apoptosis in intestinal smooth muscle cells
Identification of dysregulated proteins in the KO smooth muscle. LC/MS analysis of KO and WT jejunum (n=3 each) identified total 1531 proteins. The proteins were analyzed using Scaffold and filtered by probability (>95%) and P-value (<0.05) into 308 proteins, which were used for further analysis.
