Involvement of XIAP degradation on caspase-dependent apoptosis during IL-2(−). (a) KHYG-1 cells were incubated in IL-2(+), IL-2(−), and rescue conditions for 12 h. XIAP and actin were detected by western blotting analysis. (b) Cells were harvested at the indicated times after IL-2(−) treatment. Immunoblotting was performed with anti-XIAP and anti-actin antibodies. (c) Cells were incubated at each condition for 12 h, fixed, stained with XIAP and cleaved caspase-3 antibodies, and analyzed by confocal microscopy. Scale bars, 10 μm
