The concentrations of GUTK at which the GI reached 25% (GI25), 50% (GI50) and 75% (GI75) at 72 h from release from quiescence were determined with SYBR Green assay, using the 72 h data set (Figures 1b and c) by Probit function of SPSS version 15.0 software (IBM, Somers, NY, USA).
