ZnCl2 cotreatment restores the ADR-induced JNK phosphorylation inhibited by HG condition. Western blotting (upper panel) and relative quantification (lower panel) of p-JNK/tot-JNK ratio in RKO and HCT116 cells treated with ADR (2 μg/ml) in low and high glucose condition with or without ZnCl2 (100 μM) for 24 h. Anti-β-actin was used as protein loading control. The predicted molecular weight is indicated (kDa). Data of relative quantification of p-JNK/tot-JNK ratio (lower panel) are presented as mean±S.E.M.
