(b) Quantification of the percentage of GFAP-, cleaved-caspase-3- and Ki67-positive cells in tumors treated with DMSO and 10 and 20 mg/kg of GDC-0152. Differentiation and cell death showed respectively by GFAP and cleaved caspase-3 stainings were increased in GDC-0152-treated brains. Cell proliferation was reduced in GDC-0152-treated tumors as shown by a decrease in Ki67 staining. Mean+S.E.M. are shown. *P<0.05
