Increased accumulation of Smad3, BRD4 and CDK9 on Nox4 promoter after TGFβ stimulation. hDFs were preincubated with vehicle or JQ1 for 1 h before being stimulated with TGFβ (10 ng/ml) for 24 h. Cells were then subjected to XChIP analysis. (a) pSmad3 binding on the Nox4 promoter. Chromatin was immunoprecipitated with an antibody to p-Smad3; non-specific IgG was used as a negative control.
