CRB3 inhibits tumour growth in vivo. (a) MDA-MB-231 cells were infected with a lentivirus (LV-CRB3) overexpressing CRB3. Immunoblots were performed to examine the efficiency of CRB3 overexpression and the expression levels of Mst1, Mst2, p-Mst1/2, Lats1, p-Lats1, YAP and p-YAP. (b, c) A BrdU incorporation analysis was performed to assess the effects of CRB3 on the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cells. **P<0.01. Data are mean±S.D. (d) SCID mice bearing human breast cancer xenografts were maintained for 25 days. Representative images of the tumours are shown.
