Comparison of photo-activated D112-induced cell death in transformed and non-transformed cell lines. (a) Cell lines were pre-treated with 0.5 μg/ml D112 for 1 h, photo-activated for 10 s and apoptotic morphology was recorded at indicated time points (0-24 h). (b) Percent of apoptotic cells was quantified for the indicated cell lines in the presence or absence of photo-activation at the 6 h timepoint.
