Platelet apoptotic events induced by ABT-737, TQ, and Thr/Cvx. Washed human platelets (1 × 107/ml) were incubated with ABT-737 (1 μM, 10 min), TQ (40 μM, 60 min), or a combination of thrombin (Thr, 0.005 U/ml) and convulxin (Cvx, 5 ng/ml) for 2 min.
