Rg5 protected mitochondrial integrity in isoproterenol-induced ischemic heart of mice. Neonatal rat ventricular myocytes (NRVMs) were stimulated with palmitate (PA, 100 μM) for 2 h before 4 h hypoxia (1% O2) and 1 h reoxygenation (H/R).
