(a) Transformation of LC3-I to LC3-II after HeLa and SiHa cells were treated by various hispolon concentrations (0, 25, 50 and 100) for 24 h and the results analyzed by western blot. (b,c) To detect the AVOs by acridine orange stained after hispolon treatment and analyzed by microscopy or flow cytometry.
