Expression of SNHG20 in NSCLC tissues and its clinical significance. (a) Relative expression of SNHG20 (also known as LINC00338) in NSCLC tissues compared with normal tissue was analyzed using the Cancer Genome Atlas data set. (b) SNHG20 expression levels in NSCLC tissues (n=42) compared with corresponding non-tumor tissues (n=42) were examined by qRT-PCR and normalized against GAPDH expression. The data are presented as the delta CT value. (c) The patients were classified into two groups according to SNHG20 expression.
