LS-1-10 efficiently reduces the viability of colon cancer cells. (a) Five colon cancer cell lines were treated with the indicated concentrations of LS-1-10 for 72 h. Cell viability was measured by CCK-8 assay (left panel). Data represent the means±S.D. (n=3). The IC50 values were calculated from the results of the CCK-8 assay (right panel). (b) DLD1 and LoVo cells were treated with LS-1-10 at the indicated concentrations for 72 h, and ATP levels were measured by ATPlite assay. Data represent the means±S.D. (n=3).
