(e) Differentiated p75+ cells (differentiated) were examined by qRT-PCR analysis for expression of osteocyte-(ALP, SPARC and Runx2), adipocyte-(adiponectin and PPARγ) and chondrocyte-(collagen II, collagen X and aggrecan) specific markers. Expression levels of each gene were compared with undifferentiated p75+ cells (undifferentiated). Data are expressed as the mean±S.D. (n=3)
