SNCG decreased immunostimulatory cytokines from mDCs. The iDCs, smDCs, or mDCs were treated with SNCG (1 μg/ml) for 24 h. (a–f) The mRNA levels of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-12, IL-23, IFN-γ, and TNF-α were normalized to the 18S mRNA level. (g and h) The culture supernatants were evaluated for the production of IL-12p70 and IL-23 by ELISA. The data represent the mean±S.D. of three independent experiments. ###P<0.001, ##P<0.01 and #P<0.05 were compared with the imDC group; ***P<0.001, **P<0.01 and *P<0.05 compared with the mDC group. Significance was determined by a one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s multiple comparison tests.
