From: p53 Configures the G2/M arrest response of nucleostemin-deficient cells
Molecular responses to NS depletion in p53wt and p53ko MEF cells. MEF cells were prepared from four genetic models. P2 cells were treated with DMSO (gray bars) or TAM (0.1 μM, black bars) for 4 days and collected for western blotting (a) or quantitative RT-PCR analyses (b–d). The levels of gene products that are involved in G1/S control (b), G2/M control (c), apoptosis, and feedback regulation of p53 (d) were measured by qRT-PCR (n=6).
