From: NF-κB pathway link with ER stress-induced autophagy and apoptosis in cervical tumor cells

Blocking NF-κB pathway activity by QNZ enhanced the survival of TC-1 cells and HeLa cells under ER stress induced by BFA. (a) TC-1 cells and HeLa cells were treated with BFA for 24 h in the presence or absence of QNZ. Cell survival of different groups is calculated by the average of different experiments in triplicate. *P⩽0.05 compared with the control group; #P⩽0.05 compared with BFA group. (b) Schematic depiction of cross-talk between ER stress, autophagy, apoptosis and NF-κB pathway, this being associated with the fate of cervical cancer cells.
