(c) Measurements of photosynthetic parameters in leaves of the indicated genotypes as shown in a. The plants were exposed to very bright saturating pulses of light (flashing once every 30 s in 5 min), and fluorescence images were shown at the first, second, fifth and tenth flash (from left to right). Fluorescence was measured with CF Imager and visualized using a pseudocolor index, as indicated on the right.
