From: Microtubule-binding protein FOR20 promotes microtubule depolymerization and cell migration
FOR20 knockdown inhibits cell migration. HeLa cells were transfected with either pBS/U6 or pBS/U6-FOR20 plasmid for different durations and subjected to the following assays. (a) Western blotting revealed the efficiency of FOR20 depletion in HeLa cells. GAPDH was used as an internal control.
