Correction 13 December 2019: This article incorrectly listed the affiliation of Juan-Pablo Correa-Baena as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is at the Georgia Institute of Technology. In addition, it implied that the calcium titanium oxide mineral perovskite converts sunlight into electrical energy, in fact, it is lead halide perovskites that can do this and are used in solar cells. The text has been updated to reflect this.
