Incremental postprandial blood glucose responses and corresponding incremental area under the curve (iAUC) of 10 healthy subjects after four meals containing 50 g available carbohydrate as white bread supplemented with 0, 2.5, 5 or 7.5 g of PGX granules dissolved in 500 ml of water. Columns with different letters are significantly different (P<0.01). P-values are for analysis of variance with pairwise comparisons.
