Effect of CURC on cell viability in HC11 cell line. Cells were treated with CURC (1-100 ng/ml) alone (A) or in association with EGF (0.1 ng/ml) (B) for 48 h. Viability was measured by WST-1 test. Data are expressed as percentage on internal control for each cell type measured after 12 h after cell seeding (time 0) and are mean ± SEM of 8 replicated repeated in three independent experiments. *mean P < 0.05.
