From: Functional characterization of human oncoprotein gankyrin in Zebrafish
Effect of gankyrin mRNA level of p53 and Mdm2 in HEK 293 cells. HEK 293 cells were plated 60 mm2 dish and transfected with hGankyrin expression vector and Mock vector. mRNA level of p53 was not reduced by hgankyrin also mRNA level of Mdm2 remained almost unchanged our results.
