Effects of SAM on phosphorylations of IRS-1 and Akt in 3T3-L1 adipocytes treated with TNFα. (A) Adipocytes were treated with SAM and TNFα (50 ng/ml) for 18 h, and then treated with insulin for 30 min before harvesting. Cell lysates were subjected to immunoblot analysis.
