Effects of CPZ on cell proliferation in C6 glioma cells. (A) The chemical structure of CPZ. (B) Cell proliferation assay. C6 cells were seeded into 96-well culture plates and treated with increasing CPZ concentrations for the indicated lengths of time. The cellular proliferation rate was measured using a Cell Counting Kit-8. Data shown represent the mean ± SD of one experiment performed in triplicate. Similar results were obtained from two independent experiments. (C) C6 cells were treated with 20 µM CPZ for the indicated time periods. Cellular extracts were subjected to Western blot analysis using the indicated antibodies. Each blot represents three individual experiments.
