DC vaccine increases the number of IFN-γ secreting lymphocytes. The number of IFN-γ secreting lymphocytes in spleens of mice treated with PBS, NK cell, DCLPS, DCNK+LPS and DCNK+LPS+IL-2 (n = 10) were counted in an IFN-γ ELISPOT assay. Vaccination with DCLPS and DCNK+LPS caused an increase in IFN-γ secreting lymphocytes, while the vaccination of DCNK+LPS+IL-2 led to a more dramatic increase in IFN-γ secreting lymphocytes (*P < 0.05). The results are expressed as mean numbers of IFN-γ-secreting cells (± S.D).
