From: Silencing IL-23 expression by a small hairpin RNA protects against asthma in mice
Knockdown of IL-23 expression alters the levels of serum cytokines in asthmatic mice. The levels of serum IL-23, IL-17, IFNγ, and IL-4 were determined by ELISA 48 h after the last OVA challenge.
