From: Discovery of the serum biomarker proteins in severe preeclampsia by proteomic analysis
LC-SRM analysis of four candidate proteins, RBP4, AMBP, IGFBP-ALS and AHSG; We analyzed serum samples of patients with PE and normal pregnancy. After monitoring of the selected peptides, we calculated relative peak areas of transitions for the target proteins. The protein levels of AMBP, IGFBP-ALS and AHSG were increased in PE patients (*P-value < 0.05), while those of RBP4 were decreased in PE patients (#P-value = 0.08).
