MIP2 involves in the HPoC-induced protection against H/Re mediated H9c2 myogenic cells apoptosis shown by Flow cytometry. Conditions for the treatment groups were as follows: sham group: 15 h of cell culture in normoxic conditions; H/Re group: 6 h of hypoxia and 9 h of reoxygenation; HPoC group: 3 cycles of 10 min reoxygenation and 10 min hypoxia after the 6 h index hypoxia but before the 9 h reoxygenation. *P < 0.05 vs pcDNA3.1 group, #P < 0.05 vs control siRNA group.
