From: Down-regulation of survivin suppresses uro-plasminogen activator through transcription factor JunB
Induction of c-Jun and c-fos by HGF. Cells were serum-starved and treated with HGF (40 ng/ml) for the indicated times. RNA (10 µg) was separated on a 1% formaldehyde agarose gel and transferred to a Hybond N+ membrane. The membrane was hybridized with a 32P-labeled c-jun or c-fos probe and exposed to X-ray films. Equal loading of RNA was estimated with a GAPDH probe.
